Digby Non Vintage Brut

Pinot Noir forward, with luscious fruit notes balanced by a fresh acidity and hints of toast

Vibrant yet understated, this fizz suits a Tuesday evening at home as splendidly as at a party celebrating one of life’s big moments. An engaging expression of Digby’s house style, it stems from England’s most luscious Pinot Noir blended with rich, aged Chardonnay and plummy Pinot Meunier. Trevor Clough, CEO and Head Blender, notes that this wine “forms a perfect contrast with Digby’s flagship blend, the Vintage Reserve Brut, which is centred on taut, mineral-driven Chardonnay.” Digby Fine English is founded on the firm belief that England can produce world class sparkling wines – wines that stand up to the great and the good of global fizz. Named after Sir Kenelm Digby, who helped design the modern wine bottle, Digby has established itself as one of the country’s leading blending house, working with carefully selected vineyard partners across the South of England.
