Stopham Estate Pinot Blanc 2021
Conference pear, peach and a squeeze of grapefruit with medium body and a long finish
Stopham Estate Vineyard’s story began in 2007 when winemaker Simon Woodhead planted 21,000 vines on his sandy south-facing15 acre estate, following the successful completion of a Viticulture course at Plumpton Agricultural College in East Sussex. Joined by Assistant Winemaker Tom Bartlett in 2010, just in time for the first vintage, the pair shared a common passion for English wine. Their Pinot Blanc is dry with zippy acidity. It has aromas and flavours packed with citrus freshness and juicy pear notes.
