This is Lyme Bay’s first release of their Bacchus Block since 2022. A parcel of Bacchus fruit was of such high quality in the 2025 vintage, that they separated it from their normal Bacchus allocation to release this elegant and aromatic Bacchus as a stand-alone style.
Lyme Bay entered into the world of English wine in 2009, planting 26,000 vines within a short distance of their winery in Devon. They also, as with this wine, source grapes from a select group of the best growers in the South of England. The ability to pick and choose their grapes means their award-winning wines are known for their consistency and flavour, year after year.
