Crisp, floral, and edgy; apple, wildflowers, honey and citrus
A crisp, floral, and edgy wine. With aromas of apple, lime, wildflowers & honey and flavours of green apple & citrus this is a Chardonnay for those that like a Chablis! The grapes were picked by hand and gently pressed to extract only the finest quality juice. After cold settling of the juice, it was fermented cool in stainless steel tanks.
Knightor make premium quality, limited production English wines from grapes grown in English vineyards and their own vines at Portscatho and Seaton on the south Cornish coast.
