Bright and zingy, with elderflower, citrus and a hint of hedgerow herbs, this is a wine with structure, texture and balance. A small portion has been aged in oak, the rest guided by wild fermentations. Named after the family Dalmatian, Liberty; lively, bright, and impossible not to love!
