Balfour Hush Heath Leslie’s Brut NV Magnum

Leslie’s Reserve Brut is a classic traditional method sparkling wine and one which epitomizes what makes sparkling English wine so special; elegant purity, a linear focus and fresh acidity. Predominantly Chardonnay, this wine displays citrus, green apple and brioche flavours, alongside an intriguing hint of dried herbs and even a whisper of peach. Every parcel from each variety is handpicked and pressed separately before blending to create Leslie’s Brut signature style. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and full malolactic fermentation precedes ageing on lees for a minimum of 12 months.

Balfour’s ‘Leslie’s’ range is named after co-founder Leslie Balfour-Lynn. It was her vision and passion for wine which led to the first planting of vines at Hush Heath Estate in 2002.
