Balfour Hush Heath Luke’s Pinot Noir 2024

Coming from vineyards planted specifically for the creation of English Pinot Noir, this wine is rich, ripe and structured. It is delicately aromatic with red berry fruits, cherry, raspberry and spicy vanilla, with soft but firm tannins. The fresh fruit flavours and low tannins mean it will complement, rather than overpower, delicate flavours – making it ideal with white meats, roast vegetables, mushrooms and even herby lamb. Winemaker Fergus Elias also had it with a butterflied leg of lamb marinated in harissa and Moroccan spices cooked on the BBQ and can confirm this pairing is also quite good!
