The award-winning, flagship wine of the Hush Heath Estate, winner of multiple awards since its first vintage in 2014 and enjoyed around the World. A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier hand-picked from Oast House Meadow, the oldest vineyard at Hush Heath Estate. Oast House Meadow was planted in 2002, specifically to make a World class sparkling rosé. Palest pink with complex tangerine, citrus and summer berry fruit, vibrant English acidity, rich fruit and a wonderfully long and refreshing finish.

Chapel Down Rosé NV

A delicate rosé petal pink in colour with a fine prolonged mousse, this wine is a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with the addition of Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir Précoce. Expect aromas of redcurrant, wild strawberry and rosehip. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Kent, Essex, Sussex and Dorset. Grapes are grown predominantly on single and double guyot pruning systems, on varied soils including, chalk, clay and loam soils. They undergo cool fermentation in stainless steel followed by partial malolactic fermentation, maturation on fine lees in tank for six months before bottling and an average of 18 months further ageing on lees in bottle. Chapel Down is England’s largest wine producer. Based in the heart of the Garden of England, Chapel Down’s finest vineyards are primarily situated on the North Downs of Kent with a terroir very similar to that of Champagne. The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Bacchus vines are grown on south facing chalk soils and benefit from a warm, maritime climate. Chapel Down also source high quality fruit from long-term partner vineyards across Kent, Sussex and Essex, resulting in balanced wines with unique flavour profiles.
