Restrained and delicate; lemon, violets, melon aromas; citrus, creamy apple flavours
Delicate and classy. Floral and citrus on the nose with apple, melon and citrus flavours, this is a Chardonnay for those that like a Chablis! The grapes were picked by hand and gently pressed to extract only the finest quality juice. A food friendly dry wine, serve at 8°c. Knightor make premium quality, limited production English wines from grapes grown in English vineyards and their own vines at Portscatho and Seaton on the south Cornish coast.
