Lyme Bay Pinot Noir Rosé Reserve 2022

Lyme Bay’s reserve rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir. The grapes come exclusively from the celebrated Crouch Valley in Essex, where the grapes were hand harvested between the 11th and 25th October 2022. The wine was partially fermented in French oak barriques and then aged for a further eight months, resulting in a rich and complex style of rosé. Red fruit dominates with a creamy, lightly spiced finish.

Lyme Bay entered into the world of English wine, planting 26,000 vines in 2009 and 2010 within a short distance of their winery in Devon. They also, as with this wine, source grapes from a select group of the best growers in the South of England.
