A classic expression of Bacchus with aromas of fresh lime leaf, green apple, and distinct English hedgerow character. On the palate, flavours of grapefruit, lime and pear build to a clean zesty finish.
Lyme Bay entered into the world of English wine in 2009, planting 26,000 vines within a short distance of their winery in Devon. They also, as with this wine, source grapes from a select group of the best growers in the South of England. The ability to pick and choose their grapes means their award-winning wines are known for their consistency and flavour, year after year.
