An elegant and aromatic Bacchus: vibrant and layered, showing tropical fruit flavours and blackcurrant leaf notes, leading to a long, steely, lime-driven finish. Crisp but balanced acidity makes this a perfect match for salads and seafood.
This is Lyme Bay’s first release of this cuvée since 2022. A parcel of Bacchus fruit was of such high quality in the 2025 vintage, that they separated it from their normal Bacchus allocation to release this elegant & aromatic Bacchus as a stand-alone style.
Lyme Bay entered into the world of English wine in 2009, planting 26,000 vines within a short distance of their winery in Devon. They also, as with this wine, source grapes from a select group of the best growers in the South of England.
