Flint Vineyard Charmat NV

White Charmat is sparkling wine, but not as you know it. This is a fresh, fruit-forward fizz made for pure, uncomplicated enjoyment. A vibrant blend led by Bacchus, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc it’s crisp, zesty, and packed with juicy citrus, melon and green apple. Perfect for anytime, anywhere. An eclectic blend of aromatic, white grape varieties were picked early in the season. Blending is intrinsic to Charmat, with each variety contributing character and complexity. A second fermentation in Charmat tanks creates the soft, natural fizz and signature Flint vibrancy.

Based in the sunny and sheltered Waveney Valley in South Norfolk, overlooking the villages of Earsham and Bungay, Flint Vineyard’s winemaker Ben Witchell crafts wines using a blend of innovation and a respect for tradition. The vineyard site was selected as one of the driest and sunniest regions in England and the south-east facing vines are planted on free-draining gravel and flint soil.
