This off-dry blend of Müller-Thurgau and Schonburger grapes opens with delicate, tropical fruit aromas. A crisp lime flavour leads to a slightly sweet pear and melon finish.
Initially planted in 1972, the vineyard is set out over 20 acres of free draining “flinty” soil which overlays chalk. Since its first planting, the vineyard has grown in size and now covers more than 20 acres, comprised of 9 different vine varieties each chosen to perfectly match the climate and soil conditions of the estate.
