Roebuck’s Classic Cuvée 2019 in an elegant sparkling wine which displays delightful notes of baked apples and ripe citrus fruits layered with a biscuity richness and delicious hint of sweet spice. Aged to perfection, this pale-golden sparkling wine reveals a refined yet refreshing character. Crafted from a hand-picked blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, their signature Classic Cuvée showcases balance, depth, and finesse.

Roebuck’s vineyards span the width of the beautiful county of Sussex, in the South of England. They are fortunate to have a variety of soil types giving them a multitude of stylistic elements to play with when it comes to blending their wines. All the fruit destined for their bottle-fermented sparkling wines is harvested by hand and whole-bunch pressed. Partial fermentation in the finest French oak casks, followed by long lees ageing for a minimum of 36 months, gives their wines additional richness, depth and complexity.
