Nyetimber Classic Cuvée MV

Nyetimber’s Classic Cuvée is a lovely pale gold with gentle, fine bubbles. Toasty, spicy and complex aromas showing wonderful development after extended ageing in Nyetimber’s cellar (usually more than three years). The palate supports these complex aromas with honey, almond, pastry and baked apple flavours. A very fine and elegant English Sparkling Wine with a great combination of intensity, delicacy and length.

Nyetimber’s perfect greensand and chalk soils allow its vines, in each of its nine separate sites, to flourish across the three counties of Sussex, Hampshire and Kent. The gently south-facing slopes that the vines call home allow for the best possible exposure to the English sunshine, ensuring the grapes achieve the optimum level of ripeness before harvest.
