This single-barrel Pinot Blanc was left under flor in old oak for over two years — a rare ageing method where a natural layer of yeast forms on the wine’s surface, adding savoury, nutty complexity. Think of it as an unfortified Fino sherry, but with a Devon twist. Nestled in a picturesque valley in the South Hams, Sandridge Barton Wines have been growing grapes and making wine since 1981, and produce over 80 tonnes of fruit per year from their 32-acre vineyards.
