Lyme Bay’s award-winning meads are fermented, blended and aged on site using their secret blends of honey to create the rich, floral and pungent characteristics for which they are famed. Their Traditional Mead is a sweet, full-flavoured mead with rich, deep honey flavours and a moreish honeycomb finish. A great accompaniment to strong cheeses and full-flavoured casseroles.
