Everflyht Wylde Sparkling Rosé MV

This Charmat-method, multi-vintage sparkling rosé has a nose of bright orchard and summer red fruit, carried on a lively mousse. Fruit-forward, approachable and uplifting.

Everflyht was founded by the Ellis family, after Ben and Sam Ellis fell in love with the wine world while visiting Napa Valley. The planted their first vines in 2016 in their Sussex site, and have consistently worked towards regenerative viticulture, including planting cover crops between vines and setting aside 3.5ha of land for biodiversity. The name ‘Everflyht’ is inspired by the six Martlets of the Sussex crest symbolising knowledge, adventure, and learning. Said to never land, these birds are ‘ever in flight’. These six Martlets make up the Everflyht feather, a symbol of adventures and innovation in wine and the wish to never settle.
