Lyme Bay Pinot Noir 2024

Vibrant red fruit combines with vanilla oak, hints of herbs and spices and an earthy complexity. On the palate, red fruits dominate with cherry, raspberry, and redcurrant with just a hint of mulberry. A touch of savoury spice and earthy mushroom complexity finish off the rounded palate, with a lingering finish.

The grapes are from Crouch Ridge Estate (Essex), Tudwick Hall (Essex), Riverview (Essex), Crows Lane (Essex), Martins Lane (Essex).

The grapes were fermented in small parcel open top fermenters with malolactic fermentation taking place in barrel.
