Hive Mind believe mead should be made properly. That means no shortcuts, white wine, sugar, or spirit alcohol bases. Just honey, fermentation and time. The result is a mead that captures the natural floral character of honey, balanced with a smooth, rounded sweetness and a clean, mellow finish.
