Burn Valley’s Late Harvest 2025 is made with selected Schonburger grapes, which were left on the vines to get the optimum sweetness before hand harvesting. The grapes were then fermented in stainless steel. It has vibrant aromas of lychee, ginger & rose petal and flavours of tropical fruit with a sweet long finish. 87g/l of residual sugar compliment the acidity
Only four miles from the stunning Norfolk coastline, Burn Valley Vineyard and Winery lie in the village of North Creake. Two sisters work alongside their brother, who farms the land surrounding the vineyard. Burn Valley Vineyard was established in 2016 by the Robinson family; third generation Norfolk farmers. The vineyard name is derived from the river Burn; a rare chalk stream that runs eight miles through North Creek. The chalky, flinty landscape is instrumental in helping Burn Valley thrive.
