Balfour Hush Heath Nannette’s English Rosé 2021
Mouth-wateringly crisp, Kentish strawberries to the fore
Named after the Producer’s youngest daughter. A pale apricot pink with a delightful floral nose of pear, raspberry and citrus fruits. The palate is vibrant and zingy with notes of strawberries, red berries and thyme. Cool fermentation at 14°C to 16°C in stainless steel with selected yeasts encourages an aromatic and fruit-forward style of wine. Cold sterile filtered into clear Burgundy bottles on-site, sealed with a screw cap for freshness
