Soft texture and acidity on the palate and perfectly balanced with ripe stone fruits and touch of oak.
This is Burn Valley’s second vintage of Pinot Gris following on from their much-awarded 2022 vintage. Fermented in barrel and aged for nine months with 12 barrels produced.
Only four miles from the stunning Norfolk coastline, Burn Valley Vineyard and Winery lie in the village of North Creake. Two sisters work alongside their brother, who farms the land surrounding the vineyard. Burn Valley Vineyard was established in 2016 by the Robinson family; third generation Norfolk farmers. The vineyard name is derived from the river Burn; a rare chalk stream that runs eight miles through North Creek. The chalky, flinty landscape is instrumental in helping Burn Valley thrive.
