Court Garden Ditchling White 2025
Aromas and flavours of green apple, zesty lime and ripe grapefruit
This Court Garden Ditchling White is a delicious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Ortega. The varieties were fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain the clean aromas and soft fruit notes and then blended to create this delicious single-vineyard estate white wine. There are aromas of apple, grapefruit, lime and stone fruits, as well as tropical fruits on the palate and a clean fresh finish.
Court Gardens Farm has a long history of farming. In Saxon times the farm was known as the Manor of Ditchling Garden, from the middle ages to the Reformation it was held by the monks at the priory in Lewes. The vineyard was established in the spring of 2005 on a beautiful south-facing slope with the South Downs as a backdrop. The family-run single-estate vineyard now extends to 17 acres.
