Leslie’s Reserve Brut is a classic traditional method sparkling wine and one which epitomizes what makes sparkling English wine so special; elegant purity, a linear focus and fresh acidity. Predominantly Chardonnay, this wine displays citrus, green apple and brioche flavours, alongside an intriguing hint of dried herbs and even a whisper of peach. Every parcel from each variety is handpicked and pressed separately before blending to create Leslie’s Brut’s signature style.
Balfour’s ‘Leslie’s’ range is named after co-founder Leslie Balfour-Lynn. It was her vision and passion for wine which led to the first planting of vines at Hush Heath Estate in 2002.
Hidden deep in the Garden of England, Balfour Hush Heath Estate comprises 400 acres of perfectly manicured vineyards, apple orchards and ancient oak woodlands rich with wildlife, flora and fauna.
