Coming from vineyards planted specifically for the creation of English Pinot Noir, this wine is rich, ripe and structured. It is delicately aromatic with red berry fruits, cherry, raspberry and spicy vanilla, with soft yet firm tannins. The fresh fruit flavours and soft tannins mean it will complement delicate flavours – making it ideal with white meats, roast vegetables, mushrooms and herby lamb.
Hidden deep in the Garden of England, the Balfour Hush Heath Estate comprises 400 acres of perfectly manicured vineyards, apple orchards and ancient oak woodlands rich with wildlife, flora and fauna.
