This limited production wine has aromas of delicate elderflower blossom on the nose, fresh cut grass and white peach fruit characters on the palate and soft mineral undertones which evoke dewy spring mornings. It is a clean and crisp wine that is aromatic, structured, and delicate. In short, this wine showcases the fantastic complexity of the Bacchus grape. The wine is made from grapes grown on the family run Wayfarer’s Vineyard, which is nestled intimately onto the Pilgrims Way in Kent. Importantly, it is created from still wine clones; this is not a sparkling reject, it was conceptualised as a still wine from the beginning, and it shows, beautifully.
