Yotes Court Starter’s Orders Pinot Noir Reserve 2023
Notes of cherry, bramble and cinnamon with a silky finish
Yotes Court’s first vintage Pinot Noir is created from the first vines planted at the vineyard in 2016. After fermentation the wine was matured for 8 months in a combination of new and seasoned barriques.
This shining ruby Pinot Noir sings with aromas of cherry and bramble with hints of cinnamon and rosemary. Medium bodied with silky tannins.
Racehorses are under “Starter’s Orders” when waiting for a race to begin. The Pinot Noir vines were the first to be planted back in 2016, and marked the start of a new chapter for owner of Yotes Court, Susannah Ricci.
