Damson and elderberry with notes of festive spice
A delicious blend of damson and elderberry with notes of festive spices. Just heat gently in a saucepan and serve warm (with a tot of brandy!) on chilly winter evenings.
Please note that this is not a grape-based wine, as noted above, it is made of damsons and elderberries.
Lyme Bay is a small, dedicated West Country company passionate about producing delicious and award-winning English Wines, Fruit Wines, Ciders, Meads and Liqueurs from their home in Devon’s beautiful Axe Valley. 26,000 vines were planted in 2009 and 2010 within a stone’s throw of their winery. They also source grapes from a select group of the best growers in the South of England, believing that truly special wines are born from grapes with diverse backgrounds.
