Grape Britannia is thrilled to welcome back Nik Lemmens from Bishop’s Stortford-based The Belgian Brewer after his well-received tasting evening in September! The event itself is free, but please book a ticket to reserve your space.

You may be wondering why a wine merchants specialising in English wine is having a Belgian beer tasting event! Well, The Belgian Brewer, Nik Lemmens, may originally hail from Belgium, but he now resides in Bishop’s Stortford, where he has a small brewery in which he makes his small-batch beers according to secret family recipes. They are some of the smoothest, most technically accomplished Belgian-style beers we have ever tasted, so we had to bring them into our select range.

Nik will move from table to table, giving each group a fascinating talk through his range of beers and how he makes them (just don’t ask him for the secret recipes!), as you sample them. The beers are available for purchase throughout the evening.
