An informal evening of art history and conversation, alongside a curated selection of fine Kentish wines.
Art historian and artist Joanna Holland will introduce the work of historical fine artists who worked in Kent, including some of her favourite works by Richard Dadd, Samual Palmer and William Dyce.
Grape Britania’s very own Matt has handpicked a selection of wines to enjoy alongside Joanna’s talk – chosen from Kentish vineyards close to where these artists painted.
Ticket price includes three 125ml glasses of wine and a short history of art talk with Q&A.
About Joanna:
Joanna trained as an art historian at the Sainsbury Centre in Norwich. She’s previously worked for The Fitzwilliam Museum, The National Endowment for Science Technology & the Arts, Tate Britain and Tate Modern. She now works as an artist and curator and lives in Cambridge with her family and ravenous cat.
