Stopham’s Pinot Gris is a favourite with our restaurant clients. The 2021 is off-dry, with mango and passionfruit on the nose. On the palate, this has excellent balance with crisp acidity. It is fairly full in body, with plenty of juicy fruit intensity, but is refreshing and long, with a lively citrus and stone fruit finish. Joined by Assistant Winemaker Tom Bartlett in 2010, just in time for the first vintage, the pair share a common passion for English wine.
