Lemon, lime, white peach and melon, fresh, long and moreish
Somerby have a 16 acre vineyard nestled on the chalk escarpment of the north Lincolnshire Wolds. Varieties include Solaris, Pinot Noir, Pinot Noir Precocé and Rondo. Growing grapes for winemaking successfully this far north is testament to the wonderful microclimate enjoyed by Somerby. Their white blend is fresh and fruity with good structure imparted by the light oak treatment.
