This fun, off dry rosé is full of ripe summer berries and delicate floral notes. The palate shows strawberry characteristics balanced by a soft and fresh acidity. The grapes were hand-picked during the latter part of October and pressed immediately. Fermentation followed in controlled conditions, leaving a balanced amount of residual sugar. Sharpham have been producing wine for nearly twenty five years from carefully selected grape varieties grown on their sheltered slopes overlooking the River Dart. Traditional and new world techniques are employed resulting in a range of distinctive and carefully balanced wines.
