But they also make wine from 1.2ha of vines planted near Ditchling in East Sussex, putting into practice what they teach. The Rock Lodge Red has soft plum, redcurrant and damson fruit characteristics, harmoniously balanced with gentle cinnamon spice and elegant tannins.
