Precise and intense. On the nose, this wine shows restrained apple, citrus and floral characters, with just a touch of buttery pastry. The palate is elegant, vibrant and intense, with a wonderful lasting mousse. There are mouthwatering lemon, lime and apple flavours, as well as a suggestion of something more savoury and rich. A delicate, long lasting finish. A wine to savour every sip. Blanc de blancs tend to be the leanest and most delicate style of sparkling wine.
