An elegant Pinot Noir based sparkling which is gently refreshing and has a lovely mouth feel. Carefully blended from barrel-aged reserves it has a wonderfully soft fruit character redolent of red apples and subtle spices. The vineyard was planted around 25 years ago and the vines are now in their prime.
