Cream and mellow, strawberries, lemon and lime wash over the palate
Delicate salmon pink in colour, the mousse lifts hints of fresh strawberries before these are joined by citrus overtones. The strawberry, lemon and lime flavours carry on washing the palate through to its creamy, mellow finish. Initially planted in 1972, the vineyard is set out over 20 acres of free draining “flinty” soil which overlays chalk. These soil conditions are similar to those found in the Champagne region of France which makes it ideal for the production of sparkling wines.
