This Vermouth is made in Bolney’s English Winery at their Estate in West Sussex and is unique in being the very first Sussex Rosso Vermouth. Many years ago, Bolney was the earliest vineyard in the UK to produce a commercially made English Pinot Noir, so felt perfectly positioned to use that experience to create a quality Rosso Vermouth. Their product development winemaker, Alex Rabagliati, has developed distinctive flavour profile, using interesting botanicals from the hedgerows at their vineyard: at Bolney, there is an abundance of sloes and elderberries growing and those that are not eaten by birds would sadly go to waste, were it not for this Rosso Vermouth.
