Established in 2005, Hindleap’s sparkling wines are terroir-driven, bottle-fermented, vintage sparkling wines from Bluebell Vineyard Estates, situated on the edge of the Ashdown Forest.
Aged on lees for over 6 years, this is a truly special wine which has developed delicious autolytic notes, which are supported by lots of red apple and citrus fruit notes, while retaining freshness and perfectly balanced acidity. Pale golden in colour, with vivid, fine bubbles. There is complexity and richness from aging on the lees with yeasty, brioche aromas and classic chardonnay notes of ripe green apple. On the palate there is mouth-watering freshness with a creamy mousse and good flavour intensity. Red apple, mandarin and white grapefruit notes form the backbone of the wine. A fresh zesty acidity, rich mouthfeel and biscuit flavours on the palate deliver a long, dry, complex finish.
A’Beckett’s is Wiltshire’s largest vineyard, established by Paul and Lynn Langham in 2001, and now extending over 11 acres....Browse Wines
