Named after the Producer’s eldest daughter. The grapes were hand picked in September 2017and underwent cool fermentation at 14°C to 16°C in stainless steel with selected yeasts to encourage an aromatic, fresh and fruit forward style of wine. It spends approximately six months on its lees in tank, contributing softness and body. Appearance: Pale white gold with green highlights. Nose: Gently aromatic and fresh, displaying hawthorn, white flowers, apricot and dried herbs. Palate: Un-oaked and dry with a refreshing backbone of English acidity. Citrus, ripe apple and stone fruits predominate. A vinous and well-structured wine, with a crisp, clean finish.
