Named after the Producer’s youngest daughter. Mouth-wateringly crisp (the wine, that is), with attractive stone fruit, pear and Kentish strawberry character. Cool fermentation at 14°C to 16°C in stainless steel with selected yeasts encourages an aromatic and fruit-forward style of wine.
