The award-winning, flagship wine of the Hush Heath Estate. 2014 was an exceptional year, with high sugars and perfect acidity. Grapes for this single vineyard wine were hand-picked from 10th 18th October 2014 from Hush Heath’s Oast House Meadow (planted in 2002). This wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, followed by a minimum of 31 months ageing on the lees. Appearance: The palest of pinks, with a fine, sustained bead.
